About me…

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Deirdre Love. I live in Lantzville, on the outskirts of Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island. I have had a varied career – social work, raising children, interior design and then real estate. I retired a few years ago and I am now enjoying the gift of free time; time to pursue ideas and activities that I could only dream of in the past. Free from the care-taking demands of raising children and caring for parents, and free from the need to earn a living. I am very grateful for this time.

I am a part of a wonderful group of women, all in their 3rd Act (ages 60+), we call the Soul Circle. We meet monthly to share activities, ideas and music. Our focus is on creative spirituality. The collective wisdom and experience of this group continually amazes me. This website is an attempt to capture some of that richness for friends, myself, and anyone else who may be interested.
